PRODUCT APPRAISAL/APPLICATION
Water bath shaker is a Desk Top model & is widely used for day to day bacteriological and varied laboratory applications requiring incubation as well as general tests and procedures in variety of research & testing laboratories. Apart from that, these water baths have a variety of usages in tissue culture applications, enzyme reaction studies, growth observation studies, fermentation analysis and many other general and specialized applications & other experiments requiring shaking of subject matter at constant speed under controlled temperature environment.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION
Water/Liquid Bath Shaker is a sturdy, robust double walled heating unit. Complete Inner/Working Chamber is made of High Grade satin finish thick STAINLESS STEEL sheet. Outer Chamber is fabricated out of thick Mild Steel Sheet duly pre treated with primers for rust proofing & attractively painted with durable powder coated paint. The Gap in between the walls is filled with high grade Super Glass Wool/Thermal Wool Insulation to prevent any thermal losses. The lid is made up of thick polished S.S. sheet prevent failing of condensed water droplets on the specimens.
TEMPERATURE (HEATING ARRANGEMENT)
An efficient Heating system is provided in the unit. Quality Immersion Type heating element of suitable wattage is placed at the bottom of the chamber for throughout uniformity of the temperature.
TEMPERATURE RANGE (CONTROL & SENSTIVITY)
Temperature Range of the serological Bath is 50C above ambient to 950C& is maintained with Electronic Solid State Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator with a sensitivity of + 10C /(Optional) Microprocessor PID controllers have an accuracy of + 0.2/0.50C

An energy efficient cooling unit is incorporated in Water bath Shaker so as to enable studies at low temperature. Hermetically sealed, high performance compressor works efficiently to lower the chamber temperature. Water Bath is incorporated with CFC Free high end ISI Mark Kirloskar/Equivalent compressor.

SHAKING MECHANISM & SHAKING PLATFORM
An efficient shaking system is incorporated in metabolic Incubator shaker which imparts linear shaking & is powered by a reliable DC motor Drive with continuously Variable Electronic Speed Regulator for shaking the tray/platform. The shaking mechanism comprises of variable speed motor fixed on the side and coupled to the shaking tray or an oscillating tray which shakes linearly to and fro riding on TEFLON/NYLON ROLLERS which are greased for smooth motion. Shaking speed of 30 to 180 cycles (approx.) per minute is controlled by Step less Speed Regulator. Shaking tray can either hold test tubes or Erlenmeyer flasks of 25 ml or 50 ml or 100 ml or 250 ml or 500 ml or 1000 ml, as ordered by the users.(Kindly mentions the capacity of the flasks while ordering). Supplied with one number Shaking tray to hold test tubes or flasks.
SHAKING RANGE & SPEED CONTROL
Powered by a reliable DC motor Drive with continuously Variable Electronic Speed Regulator for shaking the tray. Shaking speed of 30 to 150 cycles (approx.) per minute is controlled by Step less Speed Regulator & is maintained by a Quality DC Drive with max accuracy.
FRONT CONTROL PANEL
While viewing from the front, the control panel consists of ON/OFF mains, Shaking mechanism regulator and Indicators. It also includes Solid State Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator, Step less Speed Control knob, cord & plug. Suitable to operate on 220 Volts, 1 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
