PRODUCT APPRAISAL/APPLICATION

Industrial Drying Chamber/Oven is designed & conceptualized for heat treatment application for Institutes engaged in the production of Vaccines, Tablets, Bottle Sterilizing etc & various other baking and drying applications in Industries such as Baking Breads or Biscuits, Drying Chemicals, PCB processing.

CONSTRUCTION

Industrial Oven is double walled convection heated unit & mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame. Outer Chamber/wall is made of thick PCRC sheet/Mild Steel/Galvanized Iron Steel sheet duly pre treated with primers for rust proofing & elegantly painted/powder coated. Inner chamber is made up of thick Mild Steel sheet or Galvanized Iron Steel Sheet/Stainless Steel sheet. In case of Inner Mild Steel chamber interior is painted with high temperature aluminum paint to withstand long duration heating cycles normally required in industrial applications. The 75 mm gap between the two walls is filled with high grade glass wool insulation to prevent loss of heat and thereby saving energy. Air is circulated by a heavy duty blower to maintain inside temperature uniformity with a minimum temperature gradient throughout the working chamber. Brackets/Angle Iron frame to support the heavily laden perforated trays at different height are provided on the sides of the inner chamber. The front door with is also double-walled with gap in between the two walls filled-in with high grade glass wool insulation. Unit is provided with trays or shelves depending upon the size of the chamber.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

HEATING

An efficient Heating system is provided in the unit. Heating in the chambers is achieved by means of Quality Air heaters of suitable wattage. Heating elements are placed in the path of moving air duly insulated from the body. To ensure utmost temperature sensitivity the warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through Heavy Duty Motorized Blower unit.

Temperature range of Industrial Oven is 500C to 2500C/3000C max

TEMPERATURE CONTROL & SENSITIVITY

Temperature in our High Temperature Oven is controlled by Solid State Digital Temperature controller cum Indicator Temperature or Micro-Processor based PID temperature controller cum indicator (optional) & is controlled with a sensitivity of + 30C /+ 50C (approx.) or better.

AIR CIRCULATION FAN

Highly efficient Air Circulation system is incorporated in the unit with the help of a Heavy duty Motorized Blower.  Heavy duty blower unit works diligently for uniformity of the temperature throughout the chamber.

VENTILLATION

Air Ventilators are placed near the top of the both sides to remove hot gases and fumes if any.

FRONT CONTROL PANEL

Front panel of our units comprises of on/off switches, heating Indicator and mains indicator lamps, Temperature controller.

POWER REQUIREMENTS

Suitable to operate on 220/440 V, AC supply.

ADVANCED OPTIONALS

  • Auto Process Control Unit. This is an advanced feature comprising of Microprocessor based PID Temperature controller cum Indicator with Built in Digital Timer with Buzzer. Temperature is         controlled by Dual Display PID Controller exhibiting PV (Process Value) and SV(Set Value). Once the Set Value is achieved the In Built Auto Digital Timer Mode starts its functioning & the equipment now operates for the process/time Set by the user or as required by the user & on  completion of the process switches ‘off’ the heaters automatically & gives a Buzzer sound indicating that the process is complete.
