PRODUCT APPRAISAL/APPLICATION
High precision water bath is widely used for day to day bacteriological and varied laboratory applications requiring incubation as well as general tests and procedures in variety of research and testing laboratories. Apart from that, these high precision water baths have a variety of usages in tissue culture applications, enzyme reaction studies, growth observation studies, fermentation analysis and many other general and specialized applications in various laboratories.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION
High Precision Water Bath is a sturdy, robust double walled heating unit. Outer body of the Water Bath is constructed out of thick Mild Steel/PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with long lasting powder coating paint. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge satin finish corrosion resistant Stainless Steel sheet. The gap between in the walls is filled with high grade mineral glass wool which ensures maximum thermal efficiency & avoids any thermal loss. The unit is provided with a Glass Window, stirrer & a top Stainless Steel Cover.
TEMPERATURE (HEATING)
An efficient Heating system is provided in the unit. Quality Immersion Type heating elements of suitable wattage are placed at the bottom of the chamber for throughout uniformity of the temperature.
COOLING (OPTIONAL)
Hermetically sealed, high performance compressor works efficiently to lower the chamber temperature. An energy efficient cooling unit is incorporated in high precision bath so as to enable studies at low temperatures.
STIRING ARRANGEMENT
An efficient Stirring Arrangement with the help of FHP motor complete with S.S. Stirring Rod & Speed Regulator is incorporated in high precision bath so as to ensure uniformity of temperature. The water is evenly circulated throughout the chamber through an efficient stirring arrangement ensuring very good temperature sensitivity.
SPEED REGUALTOR
Speed regulator is provided on the front panel to control/regulate the stirring speed.
TEMPERATURE RANGE (CONTROL & SENSTIVITY)
Temperature Range of the serological Bath is 50C above ambient to 950C& is maintained with Electronic Solid State Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator with a sensitivity of + 0.50C/10C(Optional) Microprocessor PID controllers have an accuracy of + 0.2/0.50C
FRONT CONTROL PANEL
Front control panel consists of Indicator Lamps for Heating and Mains, On/Off Switch, Digital Controller or PID Controller (Optional).
POWER REQUIREMENTS
Suitable to operate on 220 Volts, 1 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
