High Temperature Hot Air Oven is elegantly designed and fabricated to suit various applications in ever-growing field of Medical, Agricultural and Industrial Research, for day to day heating, drying, sterilizing, baking etc., in Laboratories, Hospitals & Industries.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION
High Temperature Hot Air Oven is a Triple Walled unit. Outer Chamber/body of the hot air oven is fabricated out of thick Mild Steel Sheet/PCRC sheet duly/Galvanized Iron Steel Sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and durably painted with long lasting powder coating paint. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge high Grade Stainless Steel Sheet and intervening wall of Mild Steel/Galvanized Iron sheet. The gap between the walls is filled with special grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in laboratory ovens. Inner chamber of the hot air oven is incorporated with ribs for placing the shelves or trays at convenient levels. Door is lined with quality Gasket & provided with the best Handle. Air Ventilators are placed near the top of the both sides to remove hot gases and fumes if any. The unit is provided with one to three stainless steel Wire Mesh shelves/Ms shelves depending upon the size of the Inner Chamber. Unit is provided with an efficient Heavy duty Motorized blower which results in uniform temperature at any point inside the working chamber.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
HEATING
An efficient Heating system is provided in the unit. Heating in the chambers is achieved by means of Quality Air heaters of suitable wattage. Heating elements are placed in the path of moving air duly insulated from the body. To ensure utmost temperature sensitivity the warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through Heavy Duty Motorized Blower unit.

Temperature range of High Temperature Oven is 500C to 3500C max (Working 3000C) or
Temperature range of High Temperature Oven is 1000C to 4500C (Working 4000C)
TEMPERATURE CONTROL & SENSITIVITY
Temperature in our High Temperature Oven is controlled by Solid State Digital Temperature controller cum Indicator Temperature or
micro-processor based temperature controllers cum indicator (optional) & is controlled with a sensitivity of + 20C /+ 30C (approx.) or better.
AIR CIRCULATION FAN
Highly efficient Air Circulation system is incorporated in the unit with the help of a Heavy duty Motorized Blower unit . Heavy duty blower unit works diligently for uniformity of the temperature throughout the chamber.
VENTILLATION
Air Ventilators are placed near the top of the both sides to remove hot gases and fumes if any.
FRONT CONTROL PANEL
Front panel of our units comprises of on/off switches, heating Indicator and mains indicator lamps, Temperature controllers.
POWER REQUIREMENTS
Suitable to operate on 220/440 V, AC supply.
