Based on the principal of Saturated Steam Sterilization our Automatic Vertical Autoclaves are highly useful for meeting sterilizing needs of Scientific Research Institutions, Hospitals, Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Tissue culture Labs, Mushroom Centers, Bio-fertilizer Laboratories and Institutes requiring sterilization of culture media, glassware, Dressing material, utensils, surgical instruments, Lab ware etc. in steam under pressure or places with modest sterilizing requirements & thereby controlling the spread of infections caused by various pathogenic micro-organisms.
CONSTRUCTION
- Triple Walled Unit
- Inner Chamber of thick Stainless Steel sheet of 304Grade, Steam/Middle jacket of Stainless Steel grade 304
- Outer Chamber of Stainless Steel 304 Grade
- Lid is also of thick Stainless Steel Plate
MODE OF HEATING
- Electrically heated by special flange type/Immersion type Heating Elements bearing ISI Mark
- Suitable to work on 220/230 Volts, 50 Hertz, single phase AC supply
WORKING PRESSURE/WORKING TEMPERATURE
- Pressure Range: Pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5 psi to 20 psi
- Incorporated with semi Automatic Pressure control switch
- The normal recommended pressure for sterilization process is 1.2 Kg/cm2 (15psi-17 psi)
- Working Pressure:15 psi+ 1/2 psi ,Working Temperature: 1210C approximately

- AUTOMATIC PURGING OF STALE AIR
The Air Valve remains opens up to 1000C for priming. As soon as the unit achieves temperature of 1000C, the Solenoid Valve gets closed & starts generating pressure in the chamber.
- AUTO EXHAUST OF STEAM
As soon as the sterilizing settable time cycle is over, the Steam is released automatically through Solenoid valve.
