CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Deep freeze is a double walled unit. Outer body of the freezer is constructed out of thick Mild Steel Sheet/ PCRC/Galvanized Iron sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with long lasting powder coating paint. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge Satin finish corrosion resistant Stainless Steel sheet of Grade SS 304. The gap in between the walls is High Grade PUFF insulated which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in the freezer. The unit is provided with two doors, the inner door is made of thick acrylic sheet/plexi glass so as to view the specimens without disturbing the temperature of the chamber. Front double walled Insulated door is made of mild steel sheet with inside lined with stainless steel sheet & is incorporated with Quality magnetic gasket to prevent loss of temperature. Whole unit is mounted on sturdy steel frame and is provided with castor wheels for easy movement. Complete with two/three stainless steel shelves wire mesh shelves depending upon the size of the chamber in various permutations & combinations so as to suit individual specialized requirements.
DOOR
The unit is provided with two doors, the inner door is made of thick acrylic sheet/plexi glass so as to view the specimen without disturbing the temperature of the chamber. Front double walled PUFF Insulated door is made of mild steel sheet with inside lined with stainless steel sheet & is incorporated with Quality magnetic gasket to prevent loss of temperature. Leakage of cold air is prevented by using separate inner & outer doors.Door is provided with Safety lock to prevent unauthorized access.
TEMPERATURE RANGE
Temperature Range up to -100 C to - 800 C (In AC - At ambient temperature of 180 C)
COOLING (CFC free & R-134 a eco friendly refrigerant)
The unit is incorporated with advanced refrigeration system comprising of two cooling compressors with Cascading Refrigeration Technique. Extra thick insulation effectively reduces loss of cold air. The two-time foaming technique is used to protect isolation layer from being damaged by low temperature. Cooling coils are placed between foamed-in-place PUF insulation and inner side of stainless steel chamber eliminating any chance of FROST FORMATION on the evaporator which leads to choking of compressor/condensing unit. The evenly spread evaporator accounts for higher temperature uniformities throughout the cooling chamber & thereby ensures high accuracy in working.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Temperature in the freezer is controlled by Microprocessor based PID temperature controller cum Indicator with Dual Display exhibiting both SV (SET VALUE) & PV (PROCESS VALUE)
FRONT CONTROL PANEL/POWER REQUIREMENT
Front Control panel of our units comprises of on/off switch, cooling and mains indicator lamps, temperature controller. Suitable to operate on 220/230 Volts, 50 Hertz, AC supply.
