PRODUCT APPRAISAL/APPLICATION
Round vacuum oven is widely used for day to day heating , specimen drying performed in various laboratories which require heating as well as vacuum applications as well as general tests and procedures in variety of research & testing laboratories. Apart from that, these units have a variety of usages in Agricultural Research Institutes, Laboratories and many other general and specialized applications & other experiments requiring drying & simultaneous vacuum of subject matter.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION
Vacuum Oven is a double walled heating unit. Outer Chamber/body of the oven is fabricated out of thick Mild Steel Sheet/PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing & and durably powder coated. The inner chamber/ Cylindrical vessel duly argon welded is made of highly polished heavy gauge high Grade Stainless Steel sheet .The gap in between the walls is filled with special grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in vacuum ovens. Supplied complete with Stainless Steel removable shelf/Tray for loading the samples. Heavy duty casted Door duly aligned to ensure excellent vacuum performance & fitted with toughened glass for observation without disturbing inner chambers thermal condition. Panel consists of pilot lamps, on-off switch & controller. Suitable to work on 220V/230 Volts, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.

Incorporated with Heavy duty casted Door duly aligned to ensure excellent vacuum performance & fitted with toughened glass for observation without disturbing inner chambers thermal condition
TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENT (HEATING ELEMENTS) An efficient Heating arrangement is incorporated in the unit. Heating elements are made of high quality nickel/chrome plated ni-chrome wire duly insulated from the body & are placed around the chamber in such a manner so as to enable uniform temperature all over the inner working area.

Temperature range of Vacuum oven is 50C above ambient to 1500C max
TEMPERATURE CONTROL & SENSITIVITY
The temperature inside our vacuum oven is controlled through Solid State Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator or Micro-processor based temperature controllers cum indicators (optional). Temperature inside oven is controlled with a sensitivity of + 1/20C (approx) or better.
VACUUM REQUIREMENTS
Capable to withstand a vacuum of 700mm/Hg displayed on Analogue gauge.
FRONT CONTROL PANEL
Front panel of our unit comprises of On/Off Toggle switch, heating Indicator and mains indicator lamps, controller.
POWER REQUIREMENT
Suitable to operate on 220 V, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
