Carbon Dioxide Incubator is designed & conceptualized to provide ideal tissue culture conditions with maximum resistance to contamination. These Incubators are most useful for photosynthesis and other general biological applications in laboratory.
ADVANCED FEATURES
BASIC CONSTRUCTION
Co2 incubator is a double walled heating unit. Outer body of Co2 incubator is constructed out of thick Mild Steel Sheet/PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and durably painted with powder coating paint. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap in between the walls is filled with high grade mineral glass wool ensuring maximum thermal efficiency. Incorporated with self-cooled Air circulation fan for uniformity of the temperature throughout the chamber. The unit is provided with two doors, the inner door is made of thick acrylic / glass, to view the specimens without disturbing the temperature 7 the inner test conditions of the chamber. Front door is made of mild steel sheet & is lined with Quality magnetic gasket. Provided with lock and key arrangement. Whole unit is mounted on sturdy steel frame. Complete with two stainless steel shelves wire mesh shelves depending upon the size of the chamber in various permutations & combinations so as to suit individual specialized requirements.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
HEATING
Quality Heating system is provided in the unit. Heating in the chambers is achieved by means of Quality Air heater of suitable wattage. Heating element is placed in the path of moving air duly insulated from the body. To ensure utmost temperature sensitivity the warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through Self Cooled Air Circulation fan.
TEMPERATURE RANGE & SENSITIVITY
Temperature range of Co2 incubator is 50C above ambient to 500C & is controlled by Microprocessor based Controller. Temperature inside the chamber is controlled with a sensitivity of + 10C/+ 20C (approx) or better.
AIR CIRCULATION FAN
Highly efficient Air Circulation system is incorporated in the unit. The unit is provided with self-cooled Air circulation fan for uniformity of the temperature throughout the chamber.
RELATIVE HUMIDITY (RH)
An efficient Humidity system is incorporated in CO2 Incubator. Humidity: 85% + 5%RH at 37 Deg C
Co2 FLOW & RANGE
Carbon Dioxide gas is injected inside the chamber of the incubator with the help of a Port/Nozzle provided at the bottom of the chamber.
Co2 Range: 0.5 -20% + 2%
FRONT CONTROL PANEL
Front panel of our unit comprises of On/Off switch, heating Indicator and mains indicator lamps, Microprocessor programmable Controller.
POWER REQUIREMENTS
Suitable to operate on 220/230 V, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
