PRODUCT APPRAISAL/APPLCATION
Vacuum drying chamber is suitable for vacuum Drying, baking, Conditioning, Curing, Out-gassing Solids and Liquids, Vacuum Embedding, Moisture Testing, Plating, Aging Test. Vacuum drying oven/chamber is most economical & cost effective way for Moisture Determination & also in variety of industrial/research tests such as Out Gassing Solids/Liquids, Aging Tests, Plating, Chemical Resistance Studies, Drying of Paper, Rubber, Textiles, Desiccating, Dry Sterilization, Vacuum Storage & in Electronic Process Control etc. Vacuum Ovens are used for various experiments covering application in industries, R&D labs, Pharmaceutical, Food &Beverage Industries and Institutions & also in the field of Medical, Agricultural and Industrial Research.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION
Vacuum Oven is a double walled heating unit. Outer Chamber/body of the oven is fabricated out of thick Mild Steel Sheet/PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing & and durably powder coated or Exterior also of thick Stainless Steel sheet. The inner rectangular chamber is made of heavy gauge high Grade Stainless Steel sheet of grade SS 304. The gap in between the walls is filled with special grade mineral glass wool which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in vacuum ovens. The unit is supplied complete with Stainless Steel removable shelf/Tray for loading the samples. Heavy duty Door duly aligned is incorporated to ensure excellent vacuum performance & also fitted with toughened glass for observation of samples without disturbing inner chambers thermal condition. Panel consists of pilot lamps, on-off switch & controller. Suitable to work on 220V/230 Volts, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
DOOR
Heavy duty Door has a tempered glass window for observation of the samples & has a secure door latch & continues Silicon Gasket so as to provide a tight seal & to ensure excellent vacuum performance. The toughened glass observation permits inspection of the samples without disturbing inner chamber thermal condition.
TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENT (HEATING ELEMENTS)
An efficient Heating arrangement is incorporated in the unit. Heating elements are made of high quality nickel/chrome plated ni-chrome wire duly insulated from the body & are placed around the chamber in such a manner so as to enable uniform temperature all over the inner working area.
TEMPERATURE RANGE, CONTROL & SENSITIVITY
Temperature range of Vacuum oven is 500 C above ambient to 1500C max
TEMPERATURE CONTROL & SENSITIVITY
The temperature inside the vacuum oven is controlled through Microprocessor based PID Temperature controller cum indicator.
Temperature inside the oven is controlled with a sensitivity of + 1/2 0C (approx) or better.
VACUUM REQUIREMENTS
Capable to withstand a vacuum of 700mm/Hg displayed on Analogue gauge or Digital vacuum Indicator (optional). Vacuum control & relief valves are located in the front/side of the unit for convenient monitoring but supplied without Vacuum pump.
FRONT CONTROL PANEL
Front panel of our unit comprises of On/Off MCB switch, heating Indicator and mains indicator lamps & Temperature controller.
POWER REQUIREMENT
Suitable to operate on 220 V, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
