PRODUCT OVERVIEW/APPLICATION

Portable Incinerator as the name suggests is conceptualized to destroy the Biological Hazardous waste generated at Hospitals & medical facilities. Incinerators are very useful to destroy the infectious waste material generated at health-care facilities. The unit is designed for quick and safe disposal of waste of Hospital/Nursing Homes, Industries, Bio-Medical wastes, Experimental Animals Bodies waste generated in various research laboratories.


PROCESS EXPLAINATION

Incinerator works on the fundamentals of Thermal destruction using controlled combustion chamber. Combustion is controlled and ensures

adequate heat convection to destroy the waste into disposable state. Combustion chamber is adequately insulated and is provided with High Grade Kanthal A-1 super Heating Elements so as to ensure high temperature for safe disposal and has an in built ventilation exhaust system through a metallic duct provided on the top.

BASIC CONSTRUCTION

Incinerator Outer Body is fabricated out of Thick Mild Steel Sheet/PCRC duly pre treated with primers for rust proofing & painted with long lasting powder coated paint/ Stainless Steel Sheet. Whole casing is Reinforced with heavy duty Angle Iron frame in case of construction out of Mild Steel Sheet & Stainless Steel angle in case of Outer Stainless Steel Construction. Front loading Heavy duty Insulated Door is Hinged type with perfect end to end sealing with high grade ceramic fibre Insulation for maximum thermal efficiency & is provided with a user friendly heavy duty Handle Knob. Whole unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and is provided with castor wheels for easy movement inside the laboratory.

INCINERATION/COMBUSTION CHAMBERS

In order to ensure maximum Thermal efficiency in our Portable Incinerators the burning chambers are incorporated with state of art quality Insulation reinforced with a combination of High Grade Ceramic Board/ Insulating Tiles/bricks & High Density ceramic fibre insulation. Incorporated with high grade Kanthal A-1 super Heating Elements so as to ensure high temperature for safe disposal.

WASTE DISPOSAL CHAMBER/PRIMARY BOTTOM CHAMBER

Waste Disposal Chamber or Primary chamber is meant for safe disposal/burning of waste generated in various research laboratories. Primary combustion chamber is fabricated out of combination of High Grade Ceramic Board/Insulated Tiles or Bricks with coil type Super heaters embedded in grooved refractory for supporting the heating elements reinforced with Ceramic Fiber Glass Wool to avoid any thermal loss. Primary burning chamber is provided along with a Heavy Gauge Stainless Steel Tray for loading the waste material and for retrieving the disposable ash. Heating in the Primary chamber is achieved by means of KANTHAL A-1 super Elements so as to ensure high temperature for safe waste disposal and has an in built ventilation exhaust system  through a vent provided on the top. Temperature of the burning/Primary chamber is 8500C & is controlled by Microprocessor based (Dual Display) PID Controller.

SECONDARY POST COMBUSTION CHAMBER/UPPER CHAMBER

Secondary Combustion chamber or the Fumes effluent chamber/post combustion chamber is incorporated on top of the Primary chamber & is meant for safe disposal of fumes entering in through primary chamber into the secondary chamber through a dedicated fume disposal duct provided on the top & also to ensure that all the gases or fumes are re-burnt. Secondary combustion chamber is fabricated out of combination of High Grade Ceramic Board/Insulated Tiles or Bricks with coil type Super heaters embedded in grooved refractory for supporting the heating elements reinforced with Ceramic Fiber Glass Wool to avoid any thermal loss. Temperature of the Secondary chamber is 10000C & is controlled by Microprocessor based (Dual Display) PID Controller. Heating is achieved by means of KANTHAL A-1 super Elements so as to ensure high temperature for safe waste/fume disposal and has an in built ventilation exhaust system  through a  vent provided on the inner roof top of secondary chamber.

FUME DUCT

For safe disposal of fumes outside the facility, a dedicated environmental friendly metallic fume duct duly water jacketed (optional) is provided on the top of the upper secondary chamber.

TEMPERATURE (HEATING ELEMENTS)

Both the chambers are incorporated with Heating elements made of KANTHAL A-1 super Wire. Quality Insulation backed by high temperature ceramic wool insulation or High Density ceramic fibre insulation avoids loss of energy.

TEMPERATURE RANGE & CONTROL

Temperature Range of the Primary Chamber is 8500C & that of Secondary chamber is 10000 C max. Temperature in both primary & secondary chamber is controlled by Separate Microprocessor based PID Temp controller cum Indicator (Dual Display LED for Process Value (PV) & Set Value (SV).

 

FRONT CONTROL PANEL

The unit is incorporated with user friendly Front Control Panel to facilitate operation. Complete with Neon Indicators, Heavy duty Miniature Circuit Breaker as a safety device & Separate Control Modules for each chamber with Individual Microprocessor based Digital Temperature Controllers with Dual Display.

POWER REQUIREMENTS           

Unit is suitable to operate on 400/440 V, 3 Phase, AC Supply.
