PRODUCT APPRAISAL/APPLICATION
Hybridization Incubator is widely used for day to day bacteriological and varied laboratory applications requiring incubation as well as general tests and procedures in variety of research & testing laboratories. Apart from that, these units have a variety of usages in tissue culture applications, enzyme reaction studies, growth observation studies and many other general and specialized applications & other experiments requiring rotation of subject matter at constant speed under controlled temperature environment.
BASIC CONSTRUCTION
Hybridization Incubator is a double walled heating unit. Outer body of the incubator is constructed out of thick Mild Steel Sheet/PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and durably painted with powder coating paint. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled with high grade mineral glass wool ensuring maximum thermal efficiency. Incorporated with Self Cooled Air circulation fan for uniformity of the temperature throughout the chamber. Front double walled Insulated door is made of mild steel sheet with inside of stainless steel & is incorporated with a Glass window so as to view the specimen without disturbing the Inner chamber conditions. Provided along with a carrier to hold 6 nos. of Bottles of size 60 x 200 mm (Diameter x Depth).
ROTOR
An efficient & diligent in built Rotor is incorporated in the unit. The Carrier can be placed on the Rotor which rotates the carrier in turn at a variable speed of 2 –16rpm (approx)
TEMPERATURE CONTROL (HEATING/ COOLING)
(HEATING) Quality Heating system is provided in the unit. Heating in the chambers is achieved by means of Quality heaters of suitable wattage. Heating elements are placed in the path of moving air duly insulated from the body To ensure utmost temperature sensitivity warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through Self Cooled Air Circulation fans.
(COOLING) Hermetically sealed, high performance compressor works efficiently to lower the inside chamber temperature. An energy efficient cooling unit is incorporated in Hybridization Incubator so as to enable bio chemical demand studies at lower room temperatures.
TEMPERATURE RANGE & SENSITIVITY
Temperature range of Hybridization Incubator is 50C to 600C & is controlled by Microprocessor based PID Temperature controller cum Indicator. Temperature inside the chamber is controlled with a sensitivity of + 10C/+ 20C (approx) or better.
AIR CIRCULATION FAN
Highly efficient Air Circulation system is incorporated in the unit. Provided with diligent self cooled Air circulation fans for uniformity of the temperature throughout the chamber.
FRONT CONTROL PANEL
Front Control panel of our units comprises of on/off switches heating, cooling and mains indicator lamps, temperature controller. Suitable to operate on 220/230 Volts, 50 Hertz, AC supply.
