This is an Ideal solution wherever transparent Insulation/Barrier of Air against unwarranted particles is required. This device when Installed on the door forms an Invisible curtain of continous air and thus prevents escape of conditioned air & entry of outside contaminated Air. CONSTRUCTION
Outer body of the air curtain is made of thick PCRC sheet/Mild Steel sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with long lasting powder coating. Air curtain is developed as horizontal fixture and is mounted on the ceiling which ensures space optimization. Unit consists of a sturdy heavy duty line flow fan counterbalanced for vibration free operation and sturdy, thick cold rolled Mild Steel sheet duly powder coated along with clamps to mount on the wall or door panel. The Blowers are made of high quality Aluminum, designed to provide uniform air with minimum noise & zero vibration. The motor incorporated is of continous rating and sealed ball bearings. This feature enables it to be used as air screens where there is very small room between the doors and ceiling.
