Most versatile for Biochemical Oxygen Demand determinations and various experiments that require low-temperature condition like microorganism cultivation, cell culture process of animals and plants and desalting process of enzyme extract. Designed & conceptualized for bacteriological and bio chemical oxygen demand determination tests in microbiology & various laboratory applications.

TEMPERATURE (HEATING & COOLING)
HEATING
Quality Heating system is provided in the unit. Heating in the chambers is achieved by means of Quality Air heaters of suitable wattage. To ensure utmost temperature sensitivity the warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through Self Cooled Air Circulation fans.
COOLING
An energy efficient cooling unit is installed in B O D Incubators to enable bio chemical demand studies at lower room temperatures. We use high end ISI Mark CFC free Kirloskar/Equivalent Quality compressors conforming to latest international standards and guidelines.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL (RANGE & SENSITIVITY)
Temperature range of BOD incubator model is 50C to 600C & is controlled by Microprocessor based Digital Temperature controller cum Indicator. Temperature inside the chamber is controlled with a sensitivity of + 0.50C/+ 10C (approx) or better.
AIR CIRCULATION FAN
Incorporated with self cooled Air circulation fans for uniformity of the temperature throughout the chamber.
ILLUMINATION
Unit is provided with door operated illumination system.
FRONT CONTROL PANEL/ POWER REQUIREMENTS
Front Control panel of our units comprises of on/off switches heating, cooling and mains indicator lamps & temperature controller.
Suitable to operate on 220/230 Volts, 50 Hertz, single phase, AC supply.
